Day consultation
| • | This is a 3 hour personal in-home consultation. |
| • | Parents will be guided step by step through settling techniques and sleep strategies. |

| Hours: Consultation time arranged around your baby's usual sleep time – morning, afternoon or evening. |

Consultation with overnight stay
Personal in-home consultation. Plus staff will stay for one night of overnight settling.

| • | Your baby is then resettled overnight by staff as needed. Parents are welcome to be involved in overnight settling or may choose to catch up on sleep. |

Overnight stay – Settling only
This is an extra night of settling only. Ideal for parents who have had one of the above consultation services and would like an extra night of help. Please note: This does not include a consultation.
| • | Staff will resettle your baby as needed overnight. |
| • | Parents are welcome to be involved in the overnight settling or may choose to catch up on sleep. |
| Hours: There are 2 options: a) 7.30pm to 6.30am – includes help to get baby down to sleep for the night. |

| or b) 10pm to 6.30am – baby is already asleep when staff arrives. These are only available to parents who have had one of the other consultation services. |

3 Night program
Personal in-home consultation plus 3 nights of overnight settling.

| • | Includes 3 nights of overnight settling. |
| • | This service also includes a follow up phone consultation the following week. |
| • | Day 1: Staff will arrive in the afternoon/early evening for personal consultation. - Arrival time varies depending on baby's age and individual family needs. Parents are then guided step by step through settling techniques, sleep strategies and their personalised routine. Staff will also stay overnight and resettle your baby as needed. Parents are welcome to be involved in the overnight settling or may choose to catch up on sleep. Staff will remain the next morning to help with baby's first sleep of the day and will leave after baby has settled (around 9 or 10 am - this time varies depending on baby). |
| • | Day 2: 7pm to 6.30am. Staff will return at 7pm to help get baby down to sleep for the night. Staff will stay overnight again to resettle baby when needed, while you catch up on sleep. Staff will leave at 6.30am. |
| • | Day 3: 9.30pm to 6.30am. Staff will return at 9.30pm and resettle baby overnight while you catch up on sleep. |

All prices are based on consultation for one baby. Charges for 2 babies negotiated on a case by case basis.
All prices quoted are for consultations on The Mornington Peninsula and in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Travel surcharges apply for consultations outside these areas.
Any extra nights or hours that are needed can be negotiated on a case by case basis on all of the above services.
